Welcome to Fall in Love (referred to as the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the developer of Fall in Love. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any updates signifies your active acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Fall in Love is a luxury mobile application that provides love days tracking, Home and Lock Screen widgets, localized private diaries, daily inspired quote shuffling, and social media image exporting. All customization features, styles, and advanced options are provided completely free for all users.

3. Data Ownership & Responsibility (Critical Disclaimer)

Our application operates on a strict 100% Offline-First architecture:

• Local Data Storage: All profile pictures, names, anniversary dates, and love diary records are stored exclusively on your physical device. We do not operate cloud database backends or sync servers.
• Loss of Data Risk: Because all information lives strictly on your phone, uninstalling the application, executing factory resets, or losing/damaging your physical device will result in the permanent loss of all your diaries, events, and photos. We KHÔNG (do not) have any mechanism to retrieve or recover your lost data. You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your device and backing up your favorite memories.

4. Advertising Policies

To support ongoing updates, maintenance, and keep our premium features completely free, the App integrates lightweight, couple-friendly mobile ads powered by Google AdMob:

• Static Banner Ads may display at the bottom of the Settings Screen and the Diary timeline screen where they do not obstruct primary usage.
• Interstitial Ads (full screen ads) may trigger with a controlled low frequency (maximum 30% chance) ONLY after you complete editing tasks (such as saving custom background wallpapers or timeline edits).
• We commit to keeping the primary love counter dashboard completely ad-free. No pop-up advertisements will show immediately upon launching the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All design assets, graphic concepts, vector icons, custom glassmorphic presets, exclusive font libraries, source code frameworks, and the Fall in Love brand names are the intellectual property of the App developer. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, adapt, or utilize any portions of our App for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

We strive to make the App incredibly stable, lightweight, and energy-efficient. However, the App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The loss of database records, timeline logs, or photos due to app uninstallation or physical device damage.
• Temporary application crashes or service disruptions due to operating system updates or compatibility patches.

7. Refund Policy

Because the App is 100% free and has no in-app purchases or paywalls, no monetary transactions occur between you and the developer. Consequently, there are no refund policies applicable.
